An inquiry form will be sent and once received, if you are a preliminary candidate for the weight loss program, information about the program, including a power point will be sent.

If you would like to move forward: Consents and Medical history will be sent to fill out electronically. We will have a free 20 minute telehealth visit to review your history.

If you have appropriate labs in the last 6 months, we can use those. If not I will order labs. Cost of labs is $70.00. 

Once labs are received, I will review them and if there are no contraindincations,  I will order your medications sent to your home from compounding pharmacy.

What are compounding pharmacies?

Compounding pharmacies are allowed under the U.S. Food, Drugs, and Cosmetic Act. They are required to use only FDA regulated facilities and manufacturers to compound medications. Why do I need labs?

We want to determine if there are any contraindications to you using GLP1’s.

Can I use labs from a previous doctor?

Yes in most cases, you can if they are appropriate labs and within 6 months or if approved by us.

Can I come to you if I have been on semaglutide/tirzepatide from another provider?

Yes, pricing will be determined by your current dose.

Do you take insurance?

No, insurance is not accepted at this practice.
